Contact name, institutional email, telephone number, organization, entity type, website, tax or registration identifier, country, shipping region, stated intended use, and the account activity generated by using the portal.

Why we collect it
To assess membership eligibility, to satisfy our own compliance obligations, to fulfil and document orders, and to maintain lot traceability records.
Who can see it
Your own account data is visible to you. Application and account records are visible to our compliance reviewers and administrators. We do not sell or share member data with advertisers.
How long we keep it
Application records and order documentation are retained for seven years to support traceability and audit. Declined applications are retained for two years and then deleted.
Certificate pages
Public certificate pages expose lot code, purity, method, test date, and generic SKU details only. They contain no member identity, no customer information, and no compound identity.
Your requests
Write to the membership desk to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Deletion requests that conflict with our traceability retention obligation will be limited to non-mandatory fields.
