All materials supplied through Purity Partners USA are for in-vitro research and analytical laboratory use only. They are not drugs, food, cosmetics, or medical devices, are not for human or veterinary consumption, and are not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. Members are solely responsible for compliant handling, storage, and disposal under applicable law.
Access is granted only to institutional applicants approved by our compliance desk. Approval is discretionary, may be conditional, and may be withdrawn at any time. Creating an account does not itself grant catalog access.
Materials supplied through the network may be used solely for in-vitro research and analytical laboratory purposes within the reviewed facility. Administration to humans or animals, clinical use, diagnostic use, and any consumer application are prohibited.
Members may not resell, gift, sublicense, or otherwise transfer material to any individual or to any organization that has not been approved by us in writing.
Catalog contents, SKUs, member pricing, lot records, and certificates are supplied for the member's internal use. Members must not republish portal content publicly.
In this release, orders are submitted as quote requests and are confirmed by our team. No payment is collected online. Fees, taxes, and shipping are set out in the invoice issued after approval.
Membership is annual. Failure to complete re-confirmation places the account in a lapsed state: catalog and pricing are hidden, historical records remain accessible, and renewal may be requested from the portal.
We may suspend or terminate membership immediately for misrepresentation of intended use, evidence of prohibited use, or breach of these terms. Open orders are void on termination.
Materials are supplied as research articles. We warrant that released lots met their stated release specifications on the test date shown on the certificate. We make no warranty of fitness for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from membership or supply is limited to the amounts invoiced for the affected order.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
